Digital Publication Terms of Use

1. Service nature

PublishShelf (anphamso.com) là Digital publishing platform infrastructure: author self-publishes, self-prices, self-receives payment. Platform not a marketplace intermediary for payments., takes no publication revenue, holds no funds, doesn't participate in buyer-author transactions.

2. Direct Transaction

All reading access purchases occur directly between buyer & author: buyer transfers to (GCash/PayPal/Wise or mutually agreed method) into the author's account; Author confirms and grants reading access. Payment disputes resolved between both parties; Platform provides data records on system when valid requests received.

3. Platform Fee

Platform charges infrastructure fee via publishing plans (by publication count, public status & expiry)Payment via prepaid credit. Credit is not cryptocurrency, earns no interest, only purchases platform services and non-refundable except system errors.

4. Content scope posted & copyright commitment

PublishShelf Only accept digital publications created by or legally distributed by account ownerHandbooks, textbooks, professional materials, PDF courses, works by the uploader as author. Prohibited: others' works, scanned documents, leaked materials, unauthorized translations, content violating Vietnamese law.

When posting, author must declare work origin and confirm copyright commitment.; System logs timestamp, IP address, and commitment content as evidence. Author liable fully liable under law Responsibility for content and rights of publications you upload, including legal compliance for sales and intellectual property ownership.

All publications must pass moderation before listing. Approval is good-faith screening based on publisher info, not platform guarantee or legal audit of publisher rights.

Violation results in delisting, account lock with no refund.; platform may share uploader information (includes commitment log, IP, timestamp) to rights holder or authorities when valid request made.

5. Buyer's reading access

Reading access tied to account, read on Digital Publication web/app. excludes rights to download original fileScreenshots, redistribution prohibited. Reading access persists throughout publication lifecycle on platform.; if publication removed due to author violation, buyer works directly with author on their rights.

6. Report violation

Anyone can report violations on document page. Platform commits review and remove within 48 hours For complaints with clear evidence, remove first - verify after. Rights holders can send requests with rights proof; Platform provides publisher info upon valid request. Rights holders needing deeper legal support can consult services at BanQuyen.ai.

7. Data and Account

Users secure their own passwords. Author banking info displays payment codes only on their document page. Platform never requests OTP or banking credentials in any form.

8. Terms Update

Terms may be updated; New version effective when posted here. Continued use means you accept current terms.

Platform role PublishShelf.com leases infrastructure for digital publication upload & distribution. All reading access purchases occur direct between buyer and author; Platform is not a payment intermediary, takes no fees, holds no funds. Both parties You are responsible for tax declaration and compliance for income you generate. Author solely responsible for publication content & rights uploaded.

Paid service plan. Plan slots and credits are transactions between user and platform operator. includes VAT and comes with full e-invoice per regulations. User provides invoice details during payment.; If invoice not provided, receipt issued as non-invoice purchase.

Transaction history Platform logs all transaction progress (occurrence timestamp, QR payment code, processing status.) for reconciliation & providing to stakeholders or authorities upon valid request. Terms of use →
